This is my second time doing simulated teaching and yet i am still not able to confront others and make it normal. Still, I need to pull myself together because it is for the good sake of my future. But, this time, I noticed that I have improved than the last time because I am prepared this time. My partner; Jumi also played an important role in helping me in the simulated teaching.
In my opinion, I think that this evaluating process is good for us the future teacher. When I distribute the evaluating forms to my friends, I only can hope for the best feedback from them. I also can just pray to God that I will do less mistakes and everyone o them can understand my teaching. Furthermore, I hope I can also do better than the last time around.
During the simulated teaching, I have divided our jobs and I did the Set Induction and Pre-reading stages and thank God I have done it and I am relieved. I also think that, this evaluating thing is good for me and all of us the future teacher because we can know all of the flaws and strength in our teaching. Thus, we can make it as a lesson for our future teaching.

Simulated teaching is one of important things in our course. Whether we are willing to do it or not, we must do it no matter how it is. My thought is same as you as you said that evaluation is good for us so that we can know what is our mistake or weakness. after knowing the mistake, of course we will try to improve it in the next time. The most important stage in simulated teaching is set induction because at this stage, teacher will trigger students' interest. With interesting and fascinating activity, students will refresh their mind and ready for the lesson. So, for me, we have to find some activities that may let students pay attention to the lesson. Back to evaluation, i disagree about putting name in evaluating. By putting name, we tend to lie and not frankly tell our friends what are their mistakes. So for the next time, i hope the evaluation will be done without the name of evaluator.
Simulated teaching and micro teaching are the activities that can't be avoided for us as a future teacher. They are just like our fate, we can't avoid our fate, right? haha.. I think being evaluated by others is really useful for us. We will know what is our mistake in out teaching, then we can improve our teaching ways. Some people said that we could not be honest in evaluating others because they scare they will hurt others' feelings. For me, those who did the evaluation insincerely, you are spoiling your friends' future. Stop doing like that! It is useless for your friends. I mean what fore your friend pay a lot to photocopy the evaluation sheets for you who do not evaluate his/her teaching seriously? Being evaluated is good and helpful in our future teaching....
